3. Client engagements

A professional engagement begins only when The Gayle Firm and the client enter into a separate written agreement. No message, discovery call, proposal request, meeting, or exchange through the Website creates a client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Prices, estimates, and timelines discussed before an agreement is signed are preliminary unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Submitting a resume or professional information does not create an employment, agency, or representation relationship with The Gayle Firm. We may share candidate information only as described in our Privacy Policy, as directed or authorized, or as otherwise permitted by law.

8. Results, case studies, and testimonials

Business, workforce, recruiting, marketing, branding, event, and organizational outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee particular revenue, growth, savings, hiring, engagement, exposure, reputation, attendance, or other results.

Case studies, examples, client statements, testimonials, and past results illustrate individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar outcome. Material connections or incentives associated with an endorsement will be disclosed where required.
